Kamagata usuba s polkrožno glavo je enostransko brušeno rezilo namenjeno rezanju zelenjave. Tradicionalno kovano rezilo iz Yasuki white edge steel 2 in polkrožnim ročajem iz magnolije, s poudarjenim kotom, spada med  tri najpomembnejše tradicionalne kuhinjske japonske nože. Rezilo je cca 61-62 HRC trdote in je namenjeno zahtevnejšemu uporabniku, ki zna ravnati z njim in skrbeti za njega.

Kamagata usuba with a semicircular tip of the blade is a chisel ground blade designed for cutting vegetables. A traditionally forged blade in Yasuki white edge steel 2 and a round handle in magnolia with an emphasized angle are features of one of the three most important traditional Japanese kitchen knives. The hardness of the blade is approximately 61-62 HRC and it is designed for a more demanding user who knows how to handle and maintain it.
